eGBP is in Development!

The beginning:

So we have now officially started developing eGBP, a stablecoin pegged to GBP. We have decided to begin development on the Stellar network. The Stellar network has shown an increased popularity recently with a torrent of stablecoins and CBDC’s being issued on the blockchain in recent times. Stellar provides a strong network, paired with high efficiency and speed of transaction. Stellar also provides developers with excellent opportunities for fiat on/off ramping (the conversion of fiat funds to blockchain based assets of equal value). With this in place as our baseline network, we can then expand to other blockchains such as Ethereum and Solana.
